Jamilla is a classical and contemporary dancer as well as teacher. She grew up in New York where she started attending the School of American Ballet at six years old. She later moved to London to continue her training at the English National Ballet School, and graduated with a diploma in Professional Dance Practice from the Trinity College London. She has danced with the New York City Ballet and the English National Ballet performing in productions like The Nutcracker, Giselle, and Harlequinade. She has been teaching for four years and continues to build her career both as a dancer and teacher.
