London based dance artist Rebecca Douglass is exploring her place in the exciting world of movement and new media art. She completed her BA (Hons) at London Contemporary Dance School and was the recipient of the 2020 Principal’s Award. During this time, she worked with artists such as Seke Chimutengwende, Florence Peake and Eve Stainton. Her foray into the cross section between new media art and dance is seen in ‘erms’ (2020-21), an ongoing collaboration with Tasha, and ‘Going Ghost’ (2020), a website-performance from Leah Marojevic. She embodies themes of absurdity, the existential, cyberself and feminism into her practice and is curious to unpick how practicing movement can support ventures into other versions of herself as a curator, writer and researcher. She has assisted in the production of several events including erms? extravaganza’ (2021) an online festival, 'Camberwell Arts Festival' (2021) and ‘COME/CLICK TO SEE’ (2020) an evening of multidisciplinary artwork at a micro-venue in East London. She was a member of The Fearless Artist’s ‘Young Curators Programme’ 2020.

Tasha is a dance artist based in Berlin. As a performer, in 2020-2021 she danced in several independent productions in Berlin, by choreographers Monika Dorniak, Svea Schneider, and Dan Su.  Previous performance credits include works by Ingri Fiksdaal, Fernanda Muños-Newsome, Alivia Schaffer, Adam Barruch; repertoire by Ohad Naharin, and Robert Moses, among others.  In 2022-2023, she will join the cast of Empire of a Faun Imaginary, choreographed by Simone Mousset (LU), which will be created and performed across the U.K., France, and Luxembourg.

Tasha is often concerned with the construction and deconstruction of representations of gender, image, and narrative, exploring the materiality of the body and sometimes its reach into the digital sphere.

Her own artistic works have been supported in venues and institutions around Germany: Tanztendenz München, Zukunft Tanzt/Gallus Theater - Frankfurt am Main, and Theater Freiburg Screendance Festival and Delphi Space - Freiburg im Breisgau.  She is an alumni of London Contemporary Dance School and previously trained at The Ailey School (NYC).

Madison is a Berlin-based dance and multimedia artist whose body of work derives from her background in contemporary performance. Her work manifests in various contexts eg. stage, installations, or films - primarily concerned with the transformation of physicalities between performers, and their relationship to digital elements. The tone of her work is defined by this codependency to technology or material, as a way to describe developmental changes that take place in the body. Recent projects include: ‘198021 Five Attempts to Reappropriate the Censor’ (2021), and 'Human Systems of a Structure - 16ft Span’ (2020). Her earlier collection of screen-dance works, such as 'Erythrophobia' and 'I, The Consumer', have been internationally recognised and screened as part of the official selection at 'The Short Cinema' Film Festival (UK, 2018) and received honourable mentions at the Adobe Awards and Mexico City Film Festival (2018).
