Trained in fashion design, I have spent 5 years gaining industry experience working for various designers in London, Paris and Berlin. In the lock down hiatus I embarked on a new path that would combine my love of movement together with my creativity. My 200 hour Vinyasa Training has opened up a new world of possibilities. Yoga not only is a space for me to delve into self inquiry on the mat but also provides a space to share and explore the transformative practice. My goal as a teacher is to design playful flows that develop strength, stamina and mobility uniting both the physical and psychological elements of yoga.
