Penelope is a pilates instructor and dancer originally from Austria but based in London. After finishing her A-Levels in Vienna, she moved to London to study dance at London Studio Centre, where she gained strong technique in Jazz, Contemporary, and Ballet. Her passion for movement and the human body got her to do her fitness and pilates qualification after graduating. Since then Penelope has focused on working with dancers and non-dancers to strengthen from the inside out.
