Katie is a light-hearted, empathetic and considered Vinyasa teacher, passionate about staying present and cultivating stillness.
Classes are dynamic but balanced, inviting a sense of lightness and fun. In a group setting, her goal is to provide an offering that everyone can adapt and apply, with an understanding that each person’s experience is uniquely their own.
Katie is 215hr trained in vinyasa and contemporary flow, which has helped her to integrate contemporary understandings of body, mind and nervous system into traditional yoga practice.
