Jordan Bautista started their dance training in Gibraltar where they were trained by Paulette Finlayson. At the age of 16 Jordan moved to London to train at The English National Ballet School. During their time at English National Ballet School they toured the UK as part of ENB2, in My First Coppelia. Jordan has also worked and toured with Birmingham Royal Ballet, performing La Fille Mal Gardée and with The English National Ballet, performing The Nutcracker.

After graduating, they joined the Polish National Ballet. There, Jordan performed a variety of repertoire ranging from the classics- such as Don Quixote, La Bayadère, and Swan Lake, to modern repertoire such as Krzysztof Pastor’s Bolero, Moving Rooms, and Robert Bondara’s Switezianka to name a few.

Whilst performing at the National Opera House in Warsaw Jordan also did multiple national tours with various productions, including touring to The Netherlands, and Russia to perform in The Dance Open Ballet Festival.

Throughout their time with The Polish National Ballet, Jordan always took interest in helping their friends and colleagues which led them to pursue their passion of coaching.

Once leaving Poland, they decided to freelance as
a dancer and teacher.  During their time as a freelance dancer, teacher and coach, Jordan has worked in a mixture of places. They have focused their teachings on classical ballet, floor barre and repertoire, whilst working with a range of levels from beginners through to professionals.

As a coach Jordan is known for providing the required support and guidance to aid in fine tuning technique, developing ones artistry and creating a productive environment to encourage individualism.

Jordan’s priority is to allow anyone taking class to understand that dance is a craft and each dancer can create their individual movement quality and style.
