During class we will go through a full ballet class learning the correct posture, technique and understanding of ballet. We will start at the barre, then Centre and finally some Allegro (jumps)! The Pace of the class is gradual and Natasha takes time to explain and go through each position and step with the dancers so they can get a real understanding on classical technique! This ballet class is for all levels..

A welcoming environment, whether you've danced for years, or are trying ballet for the first time, you'll gain a deeper understanding of your body in space, and how to push its limits. 


The first step is always developing your understanding of proper posture and alignment.  Then we can move from there!

Vinyasa yoga is a practice of synchronising breath with fluid movement. Classes open and close with a return to breath, building heat and sequencing towards a peak posture in between. My classes centre around creative sequencing and mindful movement; connecting body, breath and self to find a bit of joy and freedom in the movement. 

A Sivananda Hatha yoga class is a traditional class including pranayama (breathing exercises), warm-ups (Sun Salutations : Surya Namaskar), 12 basic asanas (postures) and deep relaxation.


The asanas follow an exact order that allows for the systematic movement of every major part of the body in a balanced way that enhances prana (our life force energy). It keeps the mind quiet and without the need to think beyond each individual pose. The postures open energy channels, chakras and psychic centres of the body while increasing flexibility of the spine, strengthening bones and stimulating the circulatory and immune systems. Additional variations may also be taught. 


Yoga is a spiritual system with a physical component, this non competitive approach helps the practitioner to gain much more.

Ballet Barre+Pilates is a ballet based class with a mixture of Pilates, barre work and stretching, with high intensity concentrated muscle activation. 
It has the classical movement and grace of a ballet class; teaching the correct alignment for the body and technique. 
The class consists of a 30 minute barre which takes you through several different exercises and 30 minutes on the mat. 
Lengthen, strengthen, tone and sculpt. Correct your posture whilst dancing to a mixture of current and classical music. 
It’s a hard, satisfying and fun class! 

Dynamic Power Pilates

Start your Thursday off right, with a pre-work Pilates class!

Focusing on stability, alignment, and strength, this class will challenge your whole body, and prepare you physically and mentally for your day.

Pip fuses his BASI mat-Pilates training with his background as a professional ballet dancer, to create a dynamic class, incorporating music and movement.

This class is suitable for beginners to more advanced students, as modifications will be given throughout the class.
