With a background as a professional classical and contemporary dancer, Bianca's love and practice of Pilates has helped her thoughout a challenging career of movement, keeping her body strong and rehabilitated in times of injury.
She loves creating tailored dynamic, balanced pilates sessions with an emphasis on technique, posture, fluidity of movement and mindfulness to leave you feeling inches taller, toned and energised! Her classes are encouraging, challenging and educational and aim to reconnect your mind and body and get you moving with ease.
Bianca completed her pilates qualifications through the renowned Stott Pilates and is also a certified pre and post natal specialist, reformer pilates and barre teacher.
